Accessibility statement

Esseciquadro Associati S.r.l.is committed to making its website accessible, in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act), implemented in Italy by legislative decree no. 82 of 27 May 2022, and Law no. 4 of 9 January 2004 (“Stanca Law”), as amended, and the related AgID guidelines.

Compliance status

The website www.sc2associati.com is partially compliant with the requirements of the harmonised standard EN 301 549 v3.2.1 (mapping to WCAG 2.1 level AA). Remediation is ongoing; the following sections list known non-conformities and content out of scope.

Non-accessible content

Non-conforming content (work in progress)

  • On the home page some decorative typographic micro-labels (graphical separators, scroll cues, project numeric identifiers) use a reduced opacity that does not always reach the minimum 4.5:1 contrast ratio required by WCAG 1.4.3. These labels duplicate information already provided in textual form and are marked as decorative to assistive technologies.
  • Some decorative animations may not fully honour the user's prefers-reduced-motion preference (WCAG 2.3.3).
  • Some legacy PDF documents attached to project pages may not be fully tagged for screen readers (WCAG 1.1.1).
  • The custom CAD-style cursor is disabled on input fields, but on some operating system / browser combinations it may reduce the visibility of the native pointer (WCAG 2.4.7).

Content out of scope

  • Embedded third-party content (e.g. external maps and videos) not controlled or financed by the Data Controller (art. 3-ter, par. 5, letter e) of legislative decree 82/2022).

How this statement was prepared

This statement was drafted on 3 May 2026 on the basis of a self-assessment carried out by the Data Controller, following the methodology indicated by AgID (Agenzia per l'Italia Digitale) and supported by automated accessibility checking tools (Lighthouse, axe-core).
