This page is established in accordance with Legislative Decree 24/2023, implementing EU Directive 2019/1937 (Whistleblowing Directive), which protects persons who report breaches of national or EU law of which they have become aware in a work context.
How to report
Reports can be submitted in writing to the following dedicated email address, which guarantees confidentiality of the identity of the reporting person:
Protection guarantees
Esseciquadro Associati S.r.l. ensures that reporting persons are protected from any form of retaliation (dismissal, demotion, harassment, discrimination). The confidentiality of the identity of the reporting person and of the persons mentioned in the report is guaranteed.
External reporting channel
Reports can also be submitted through ANAC (National Anti-Corruption Authority) via the dedicated external channel at whistleblowing.anticorruzione.it.
